What is the fill process like for the water tank? It looks cumbersome to take the top of the warming tray off and the lift the plastic lid with the water pipes in the way? Thanks

are the included PF's stainless or chromed brass? Based on what I'm reading an Evo Leva with the dosing system, LED, safety system is pretty much fully optioned apart from wood choices and colour?

Make the Speedster work then I've had to got through stainless and granite for my speedster - was never an option not too

If you have the spare money buy what you really want - it's what I did with the Speedster. Don't worry about the small differences at this level - buy something that your heart wants and will make you smile every time you use it

Or sell the max when you get it probably for full what you paid and then wait again...but honestly there is always something better on the horizon, or we are conditioned to think there is

Mine works on induction but you have to position it very carefully moving it around slowly to find a spot it must engage enough of the coils. I can only get one burner to reliably work and damn it's quick with induction

i have both and i agree - both are super easy to dial in. My advice it to buy whichever is available now and then buy the other next time around!
