It comes out from the bottom, under the base. Because of the design, I can't tell where the exact leak is coming from. I assumed that the gasket attaching the heating element to the boiler was the culprit

Hi all, My pre-2005 MCAL has developed a boiler leak, which occurs whether the machine is on or off. I disassembled the base from the boiler and changed the gasket (which didn't look bad) but the problem is still recurring. Any advice or direction to take from this point would be wonderful

The ground and neutral had way too much voltage. There was a faulty ungrounded outlet on the back side of this outlet that was causing it, apparently
