Acaia Lunar not designed for use with E61 espresso machines?!?

I really like my Acaia, but the Brewista is giving it a run for its money and at a lower price point

Affordable manual espresso grinder?

I've never used a Sette but I hear the Sette is nice. The main benefit of the Sette is that it is electric... If you want quiet and manual without the possibility of a motor breaking then Feld is the winner

Affordable manual espresso grinder?

I have never used the Rok so I don't have any personal experience with it. I use the Feld a lot and I think it grinds easily and very smooth. It's the best hand grinder I have used

Affordable manual espresso grinder?

I would pick the Feld grinder. For the money it's the best IMO. Very capable in the espresso range

Good decaf espresso?

Have you tried Reboot Roasting's Colombian decaf? They are out of Omaha, Nebraska. It's a great, sweet, medium roast coffee that is also great as espresso. {link}

E61 HX Choice - Profitec Pro 500 PID or Rocket Giotto/Cellini Evoluzione V2?

[quote="JayBeck"]Also, an above poster said the Rocket had a PID. Must be a different machine. WLL listing says it is a Sirai pressure stat which is the same as the OLD Pro 500. Yes my Rocket has a PID. The Seattle Coffee Gear link mentions it. This is the model to which I'm referring. {link}
