OK, thanks for the info. I'll probably go ahead and order the other df64parts for now. I might just buy a little aquarium pump, get some tubing and filters and give this a try and see how it goes

Gary Did you ever publish files? Since I don't see them at grabcad, I suspect not. I'm going to order parts for your df64 designs, thought I could also order parts for this too. My plan is to stick the end of the tubing in my SCTO. I have a little outlet that I normally just block

High ROR at start of roast in a fluid bed

Lights flicker in house, when espresso machine is on (Alex Leva).

Aliexpress Lever Machine

Thread on a similar machine "Jian Yi Lever espresso machine" This one has a heater. At the prices they go for, I'd get a Flair 58 instead as it's a known quantity. Randy

Reusable cups?

I switched from a normal ceramic coffee mug to a double walled metal cup for work. I like that this does a much better job keeping the coffee hot

The espresso journey begins...setup advice, please!

Search for "boilergate" before buying a Gaggia. In short, they added a coating to the boiler that can flake off. I wouldn't recommend a new gaggia until they really get this sorted out. Randy
