Want espresso machine that can pull awesome shots, steams without waiting-- recommendations?

I sold my lever machine a few years ago because it was too hard for me to be consistent with it, and Ive been going the french press route ever since. But now, I caught the espresso bug again and need a new machine. Before you say it, I am all set with a grinder (Ascaso iMini, and a Baratza

Quick Mill Dual Boiler QM67

I just watched the video demo. The boilers looked insulated to me. Am I missing something?

Quick Mill Dual Boiler QM67

Very tempted to pull the trigger at 10% off right now. This is one of the smallest dual boilers I have seen and that is key for me right now as I dont have much space in my kitchen. Are there any other PID'd dual boilers that are this size or smaller and the same price or cheaper?

NEW larger Hottop coming!

Hmmm, another question. Assuming the larger hottop does ever come to market (which I believe it will), will this be the only 1 lb capacity machine on the market that is purely electrical and not gas operated?

Winter roasting outdoors with a hottop-- can it be done?

I am about to pick up a new hottop and am wondering what does the outdoor temperature need to be before it is a good idea to roast outside? I doubt it can be done in the dead of winter during a snowstorm and produce good results, but what about 40 degrees? 20? 30? 50? 60? How cold is it

Wow, was just about to pull the trigger on one of the current hottops but will have to hold off a few months to see if this actually gets going in 2012. Fingers crossed

I want a new espresso machine with a stainless steel boiler; any recommendations?

OK, I can up my budget a little bit. I want a machine that heats up quickly, can pull multiple shots in relatively quick succession, and isn't too picky (produces consistently great espresso even with minor barista mistakes). The girlfriend likes milk based drinks and I like my espresso straight for...

I want a new espresso machine with a stainless steel boiler; any recommendations?

OK, I guess Im convinced that I dont need a stainless boiler. Thanks for those articles they helped a lot! Think the Le'lit PL041TQE with built in PID is pretty much the best bang for my buck at that price point for a non-lever machine that heats up quick and can pull multiple shots in a row without...
