Dialing in Le'Lit PL53 correctly...
Hi I have a Le'lit PL53 for my La Pavoni Europiccola. I am in the process of dialing in the grinder, any suggestions would be welcome. It is a stepless grinder, so am I correct in saying that at some point a great tasting shot will happen the same time "crema" makes an appearance? Thanks Wayneo

What should good espresso taste like?
Hi All, Basic question; what should good espresso taste like? Does it taste, exactly like the espresso grinds smell prior to brewing? Where are the caramel and chocolate flavors I read about hiding? Thanks! Wayneo

Tight portafilter fit, La Pavoni
I found the problem. I first inspected group and all was correct with being seated etc. I found the portafilter had a small "burr" on where the basket sits. Not allowing it to go all the way home. It appears to be a slight defect in casting/chroming. All is good now. Thanks Wayneo

One pull or two for La Pavoni Europiccola...
Ziobeege, That action you described seems to be the best for me so far too. What kind of presure tamp do you do? 30lbs or somewhat less? Thanks for your time, Wayneo
