Lost in a sea of espresso buying advice

Even if you don't brew and steam simultaneously, a machine so capable means you don't need to wait between the two steps. Getting closer to the ideal (pouring freshly steamed milk into the espresso moments after the last drip falls into the cup) is better than waiting a few minutes. Wipe the wand of...

Latte Art wont form :|

Microfoam will be an elusive challenge, at best. Some manufacturers, under the froth aiding tip, have a traditional, usable steamwand. Ther...

From what I've seen lately, the differences are largely cosmetic. The "Mukka Express" looks interestin...

380v Fiorenzato Fenice. How do I connect this?

I'll admit that I'm not as up on electrical history as I should be. 440v just jumped out as a real oddball for me. (Like "Gee, when I'm out back in the plant, I can't recall seeing any units being produced for 440v or 255v... but 480v, 415v, 400v, 380v, 277v, 240v, 230v, 220v, 208v, 120v, 100v... all

"No Espresso To Go!"

This is much better than ordering espresso "for here" and getting a dribble at the bottom of a paper cup. How short will they make the americano to go? Otherwise, are they OK with you taking the porcelain cup out to the car and bringing it back in a minute?
