Yes the pressure stat should just be left at regular steaming pressure 1.5 bar or so It is a heat exchanger machine (please read about this) so by definition the temperature at idle in the heat exchanger will be too hot (at boiling) so you need to do a cooling flush before pulling a shot "HX Love -

I disagree If you watch the Weber video they don't use a funnel If the device was designed to be used with a spacer/funnel it should have been a part of the device Even after doing the portafilter/shaker swirl at the end it still doesn't look good and needs WDT. Not sure if there is much of
