E61 water discharge is too little. Coffee puck is wet.
I am not regularly backflushing but I use a kilo of coffee every month or two. Recently I I backflushed with cafiza very intensely for 20 times in a row. The situation is now a little better. I don't want to stress the pump too much

Espresso in Italy, especially Siena
In Siena I was really impressed by the cafe Mantellini . A very good cafe was cafe Greco at via banchi di sopra just over the piazza del campo. Nanninis are very crowded places but the just serve an average espresso . In Florence unfortunately I didnt found those bars mentioned before

The problem is that i cant reach the opv at Giulia because is very difficult to disassembly the cover. I dont know which screw to unscrew of the 3 on the opv. Can you please upload a video frothing because the Giulia and Domus are steaming beasts ?
