Quest M3 Upgrades

I thought the factory-new ones had the tube for the air intake, too. Am I mistaken there? The perforated drum interests me, but I don't know if I'll like it. How is it a different machine, and will it make roasting dry-process beans easier?

Quest M3 Upgrades

One of the heating elements on my Quest M3 has burnt out. I also have a stripped screw that's preventing me from easily opening it up to clean the fan. Since I live in Taiwan, I thought I'd kill three birds with one stone. I want to send it back to the factory for those repairs and

How long have you had your espresso machine?

Not really answering your specific question, but I've had a La Pavoni PRH since 2009, and I have no intention of buying anything different

Where can i learn to be a roaster in Taichung ( Taiwan )

Welcome to Taichung. The first thing is that classes will most likely be in Chinese. I think there's a place called Terra Bella which offers classes. I think Mojo does, too, but his service is called Scott's Laboratory (Scott may do English, I'm not sure)

Cafe recommendations for Daliang Sub-district, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong, China

I'm heading to China this weekend for a couple of days. We'll be in Daliang Sub-district, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong (that's quite the handful to type). I imagine my best option will be Starbucks, but I'm open to suggestions in the off-chance someone here knows a little place doing inte...

That's an AWESOME college setup! I'm not in college anymore, but that's pretty much what I've been using for the last several years. Just substitute the Lido for a Pharos
