Coffeevine maybe? They've been going a long time and mix things up, you see well known roasters and less well known but good ones. Recommendations for coffee roaster in Bristol, UK?
Colonna, Clifton, Extract, Origin, Roundhill are all that kind of area. Cafes: {link} {link} Would recommend you do your research first, wondering into a random cafe in the UK will usually result in a very badly made espresso from illy / lavazza but those cities have some great specialty coffee to!

Apologies if asked before, but for espresso how does taste in the cup compare between the Vario and Sette? I had also considered changing from Vario to Sette, but only if the conical burrs opened up more flavours

Baratza Sette - End User Reports
Could anybody advise about flavours in the cup compared to the vario for espresso? As a vario owner I can easily knock 0.5-1.0g of stale grinds out of the thing, so I'd say retention sounds similar from whats reported here

Hi Keno, You want to check out HeadFirst Coffee and Scandinavian Embassy for sure! Plus loads more, but do your research first as there is so much burnt / dark roast garbage still out there. If you have a spare day go to Utrecht, it's a beautiful city with a sunken canal and a really good vibe, lots

The effects of transporting roasted coffee by airplane
I've taken some freshly roasted beans from a roaster in Singapore back to the UK and his advice was to put some tape over the one way valve. I didn't notice them aging any quicker but didn't do any scientific analysis
