Cafes: {link} {link} Would recommend you do your research first, wondering into a random cafe in the UK will usually result in a very badly made espresso from illy / lavazza but those cities have some great specialty coffee to!

Apologies if asked before, but for espresso how does taste in the cup compare between the Vario and Sette? I had also considered changing from Vario to Sette, but only if the conical burrs opened up more flavours

Could anybody advise about flavours in the cup compared to the vario for espresso? As a vario owner I can easily knock 0.5-1.0g of stale grinds out of the thing, so I'd say retention sounds similar from whats reported here
