You want to weigh your doses? Zero your balance with the filter basket on it. Dose straight into the basket (and tamp). Then weigh it again. No need to transfer grind into bowls. What is the best material for a cezve? Copper? Stainless steel? I was thinking of getting one this afternoon, but those I saw at the grocery store seemed to be made out of aluminum (which for some reason turned me off)
