IKAWA Home Roasting System Review Discussion
Yes, that's my recipe. The original is over 7:30. I thought you had already purchased it. The cool thing about sharing recipes is that recipients do not need to be enrolled to the graph editor in order to open or edit the recipe

IKAWA Home Roasting System Review Discussion
I used the Cambera Gesha, Panama profile. Then, I opened it in the Graph Editor, tweaked it a bit and saved it. Look for Kambera Gesha, Panama Espresso Medium + under recipes, not Coffees. When you opened it, it should open on the graph editor, therefore, anyone even without a subscription will be a...

IKAWA Home Roasting System Review Discussion
Gary, as you might have noticed all Ikawa profiles state when the 1st crack starts. You will see a dotted line in the graph. Ikawa home roaster or something else?
Non IKAWA. I am using the Ikawa espresso profiles matching non Ikawa beans origin. For washed processed beans, I manually stop the roast after 1:40 into first crack. For naturals after 1 minute. 100 g

For any unknown reason the Colombia San Lorenzo recipe, my favorite for Colombians, vanished from my devices and it is not available to download. I wonder if anyone still has it and can share it. I hope that saved recipes are not being deleted once the coffee is no longer available from them. Thanks
