Espresso machines with pressure or flow profiling

Would definitely recommend a Flair 58. I bought mine for our second home, and have taken it on trips when we are staying at a hotel or AirBNB. I've had many nice machines over the years, a number of HX machines, LM GS3, Londinium L1, and I have so much fun using the Flair! Its so inexpensive

Is Flair 58 a good end game espresso maker?

I use my F58 at our vacation home. Have had many espresso machines over the year including LM GS3, Londinium L1, and a number of HX machines. Love the F58. Makes espresso rivaling any of my previous machines. End game machine? Wish they made a machine that was more aesthetically pleasing...that's my...

Small espresso machine for sailboat

I'm a sailor, so I understand space limitations on a sailboat. If I were to pick out a machine for your boat it would be a Flair58. I have owned a number of machines over the years including a LaMarzocco GS3 and a Londinium L1. I currently use the Flair 58 at our second home, or if

Who's got your favorite decaf for brewing as espresso?

A few years back I switched to decaf, not never really found one I liked. I eventually switched back to regular coffee, and it is so much better! My wife only drinks decaf, and she really likes Black Rifle Just Decaf. I occasionally try it and its certainly drinkable. Its on the darker side, but the

Flair 58 mid-shot pressure drop

I have the original 58, and don't seem to have your problem. Your pressure is all over the place. I preinfuse, then bring the pressure to 8-9 bars, then start backing off the pressure after pulling about 20g. Here's a vid of my routine: Rob {video}

[SOLD] Salvatore semi auto espresso machine

For sale is my father's Salvatore semi auto that he bought in 2014. I originally bought him a Salvatore semi auto when he retired that he used for many years. In 2014 he traded it in for a new one. He was meticulous with the care of this machine. He just passed away at the age
