Sweet Maria's No-Name-O
I found this one to require a significantly long roasting time, especially for drying, otherwise it tastes too grassy and sour. Any thoughts on this?

Nailed it! A new roast profile brought what we thought were dead beans back to life, it was indeed that freezing affected these greens.
