Post a pic of your home espresso setup...

Pic's of my old espresso friends,.....Isomac Modiale & Mazzer Super Jolly. I resisted the urge to upgrade again! I recently moved from PA to NY and the new kitchen affords a nice clean spot to do the deed with these machines. The wall behind the white tile is the wall between the kitchen and the gar...

Parts for E61 overhaul

Just ordered a new set from "Stefano" as per "Dan". "Last time for my Isomac Mondiale was 2011". Clearly I was overdue, as the 3-way valve crapped-out on Thanksgiving,......fortunately after everyone was served and I was back-flushing the group for the evening

Mazzer Super Jolly - minor awakening

I have one of those old-school, bullet-proof, Mazzer Super Jollys from that period in history when SB was cleaning house on proper espresso equipment. I bought it for cheap, slapped new burrs into it and have been happy enough for a looooong time. Sure routine maintenance keeps it clean and function...

Rebuilding an old Isomac Millennium

Sorry,....posted before I read the linked preceding thread and see that fill probe is already detailed. I bought a new fill probe last year and it was ridiculously long. It'll still work, but it needs to be high enough in the boiler to cover the element, but not too high as to not provide enough hea...

Rebuilding an old Isomac Millennium

As above, glad to see someone else working to keep-up these Isomacs. A thought: if the boiler is filling, but not completely filling, maybe something is up wth the the boiler fill probe. Part number 52 on the "Millenniium Schematic"
