Christopher Feran's Aviary Roastery (KickStarter)

Personally, I am proud to be a Boomer. I think our generation has done some great things. It will be interesting to see how the newer generations do. As for the name of the coffee, I think that I will "erase" it from my shopping list

Surprised and Troubled by Water...

I have found that the easiest way to make the water is to dissolve 400 mg potassium bicarbonate per gallon of water, no concentrate needed. I just found this product, 800 mg in capsules, so 1 capsule in 2 gallons, DONE! {link}

Water recipe -- advice needed

I simply add 400 mg potassium bicarbonate to 1 gallon distilled water. It dissolves easily, no dilutions needed

Warranty on minimally used Lelit Bianca vs price?

I have not needed any service on mine. May I ask, how much time would be involved in picking up the cheaper one? People seem to minimize the value of their time. I value my time at-least $100/hour. So, I would probably go with the extra warranty with free shipping
