How do I disassemble/assemble thermostat probe?
I have a Vibiemme Domobar SB where water is leaking from the thermostat probe. The probe looks like this: {image} It seems the tip of the probe is of another metal and my guess is the problem is the tip. I guess I have to buy a new probe, and then my question is: how do I remove

I tried: Musetti (Espresso 100% Arabica, blue 1kg bag): this was really good, easy to work with and I still use it. Molinari Oro (golden 1kg bag, onl...

Any good espresso in Salzburg, Austria?
I was there today and was served a great 2€ ristretto. It is a small cosy scandinavian-style place down at the river. The barista was swedish and told me the shop was owned by a norwegian (and there was indeed coffee from Tim Wendelboe and some other norwegian company I could recognize)
