Fellow news and information!
I would assume that id has 2 reasons for stopping, the required torque drops to zero for a long time or the required torque stays at zero for a long time. I would guess if you feed slowly and evenly enough you hit the second trigger as feeding slowly enough might not trigger the torque has passed X ...

How to use vintage faema President 1958
I think I remember someone mentioning they were to shut off the water to the sight glass in case it's broken. Someone who know better will hopefully correct me if I'm wrong

Try feeding a bit faster to see if it stops that, if so, you're likely triggering the auto-off feature

Moving to a flat burr grinder from Sette: what's the best option available in EU right now?
I was looking at the LifeX at the SCA show last week and was impressed by the burrs. Sadly I can tell you nothing about the quality of the grind or the grinder, but the guy in the booth was very passionate about it, far more than the average salesman in most other booths. I guess he had a hand

Rio Lisa Junior
Congratulations on getting it running. Looks like a basic machine that out to last forever if you maintain and It's interestingly attractive. No idea what it is, but someone tried to differentiate it's looks from the more normal boring stainless box and I think it came out nice
