You might also try getting a couple of large snap on ferrite beads to put around the incoming lines in the machine. No promises but it might help if the problem is noise and not the voltage dropping. I would try 3 or 4, one on each wire from the power cord inside the machine and then one on the

If I was guessing, I'd assume nothing else got hurt unless they left it turned on for a long time and all the relays were activated. Next time you do this, you might consider TyWrapping a label to the end of the power cord with its power requirements
