Show off your Quest M3 modifications
10 bucks says that Will's cooling tray has a built in 120mm fan underneath to cool the beans down when roast is done. I bet that is what the toggle switch is for

Owner experience with Pharos manual coffee grinder by Orphan Espresso
I would also like to add my two cents. 1. Forget trying to align the burrs, you will drive yourself crazy. 2. As everyone will attest, the grinds are awesome! But..... 3. Dialing it in can be a pain in the butt. Especially if you switch from different types of coffee. I went through

Quest M3 fan cleaning
Jammin, I got the 1.5mm hex screw off of the fan, but the fan does not slide off. I tried gently pushing up from underneath the fan blade using a screwdriver. Am I missing something? I don't want to force it

Quest M3 fan cleaning
Thanks for this post!!! Talk about coincidences. After doing three roasts tonight, I noticed the buildup of coffee oils? on the outside of the fan and was wondering what's the best way to clean it up

Owner experience with LIDO cupping coffee grinder by Orphan Espresso
drgary, as an owner of both a Pharos and LIDO, how do the grind particle sizes compare on both at a coarser setting? Though I love my Pharos, at 1 turn setting, the grind particle size is noticeably uneven
