My First Espresso Blend
Thanks for your recipe! Where do you get your Brazil Formosa? I've tried Brazil Beija Flor (natural process) and found it to be quite good. Have you try it?

My First Espresso Blend
Since you've done so many versions, which one is your top espresso blend? I'm a beginner at blending and I'm still searching for a great Brazil. You seem to be happy with Formosa, right?

Which triple basket for the Gaggia Achille?
I'm looking to buy a triple basket for my Gaggia Achille and since the review says that it would accommodate one without any modifications, I'm wondering which one I should buy? Has anyone tried Daterra Reserve greens?
Thanks Lynn. I tried the re-roast of the 4 beans that I previously under-roasted and it came out ok. Definitely a lot more drinkable now than before. I also roasted a new batch of Daterra Reserve to Vienna and thought it was quite good as a SO but still think a good blend would beat this

Has anyone tried Daterra Reserve greens?

Has anyone tried Daterra Reserve greens?
Dave - thanks for the information! I thought Daterra was a single bean.... Goes to show you what a newbie I am but I'm definitely having a lot of fun trying different beans to roast! Well, I ordered some beans from Chicane and they are: Ethiopia Sidamo, Brazil Santos
