I left my gaggia factory on all day
Sadly, I left my Gaggia factory on all day today and it was of course empty and cold when I came home. What besides a heating element will I likely need to replace, or is a good idea to replace since I am in there? -Rick

Skillet coffee roasting... on the cheap
I am currently using the 'skillet' method about twice a week right now and have been for a couple months. I'm getting decent roasts that are very drinkable. I did burn a batch pretty good once, but after the first couple times I was able to get decently consistent roasts. If it works for you, keep a...

LMWDP Rollcall
Thanks Greg, glad you enjoyed! I've always been a NW'er, I'm originally from Oregon and spent more than my fair share of time in PDX... interestingly, I always found more lever machines in Eugene area shops, that may be because Allan Bros. had such a huge influence on the area for so long... or it m...

MAZZER Super Jolly vs. MAZZER Super Jolly RIO - Why the conspiracy?
Please don't hate me, I just picked my Astoria today for $50. It's very old & worn looking, also a bit dirty from regular use but it works like a dream
