Macap M4 doser cleaning & disassembly
Again, I'm really stumped here. There isn't really anything to keep it from coming off. The nut holds the vanes down and puts tension in the spring. There's not real trick to it and you certainly don't need to pull up with plyers. I have a video I made of dissasembling the doser at home.

I guess I'm confused. You take the plastic adjustment knob off by just pulling up. Underneath that, you'll need to remove the stop pin at the top of the stud, then remove the nut that's on the stud. From there, the vanes, spring and metal cover of exit chute should just pull right off. There's nothing

Steaming Skim Milk
I too find fattier milk to be more forgiving than skim. Skim milk will create bubbles easier, but I find it wants to separate easier and I find it less forgiving with technique. I can create nice microfoam with skim and low fat, but the texture I don't find to be the same as with whole milk.

Same here. Didn't get to roasting until last night and was distracted as well so roasts didn't go quite as I wanted. Ugh, I feel so unprepared! Well I'm definitely not the furthest, but can I get honorable mention for interstate travel?

Well fortunately, my kids have a very loving and generous grandma that only charges hugs Unfortunately though, we had an unexpected death in the family, so it'll be just me on saturday as my wife will be with our kids
