[GONE] Cimbali Max Hybrid Grinder (Toronto, Ontario)
Hi, I bought this grinder new in 2008. Put in storage for two years during home reno. I've used it for 4 daily 16 gram shots since 2011. Home use only. It still has the original burrs installed. I have given it a bit of a clean but you might want to do a little more. The grinder works

I ordered my Niche on June 21, 2022 and DPD delivered it to me by UPS on June 28th to Toronto. I guess it would be similar in the USA. I had to pay $114 CAD in fees to UPS

Any reason not to use distilled water in my HX boiler?

Recommended inexpensive scale for weighing coffee?
I ordered a 1kg scale with stated 0.1g accuracy for $11.00 USD shipping included from {link} I haven't received it yet - 2 weeks for delivery. Hoping its better than the Salter scale I have now - only 0.5 g accuracy. doug
