Information on Crem One 2b?
I received my Crem One Profiler 2 days ago. Is absolutely great. It is the only machine in the price range that has profiling and allows you to save a profile and then replay it exactly. You can save and reuse 5 profile settings. Can save them to a text file on a usb drive. All the other machines

Mazzer Mini - I can't remove burrs
I have a Mazzer MIni bought around 2005. I had never opened it for cleaning. I decided to try replacing the burrs with Super Jolly burrs. Big problem. I can't remove the flat head screws that are holding the burrs in place. Any ideas? My guess is that they used a super epoxy thread lock when buildin...

Does Paradise Roasters still sell 5 lb bags to individuals?
Robert, You are definitely right. The 5 lb option is there. Thanks. I got confused by their website redesign. I their previous design you had to go to "wholesale" or something like that. A few site designs back, the 5 lb option was under the coffee purchase page and then they moved it

Does Paradise Roasters still sell 5 lb bags to individuals?
I used to order beans in 5 lb quantities from Paradise Roasters approximately once every 6 weeks and then freeze the beans in 8 oz. glass jars. Cost was about $50 or so including shipping. They recently changed their website and the "Wholesale Quantities" option now requires you to register as a bus...

If my Expobar Brewtus II dies, what should I get?
It's alive!!! I went to WLL's warehouse / repair location in Rochester. Great service. Their Brewtus repair specialist (Johnny) was great. He succeeded in removing the old temperature probe. But, the key to removal was to heat the brew boiler up to operating temperature. At that point, using an easy...

If my Expobar Brewtus II dies, what should I get?
John Frescki, Thanks. Looks interesting. I looked at the Chris Coffee site for the Dream T. I noticed that it does not have visible gauges. Can you adjust brew pressure, & steam pressure? I would guess that the PID lets you set brew temp. Does that get displayed? How is Chris Coffee when it comes ti...
