49mm Baskets for Olympias

I love these "I found it in the trash" tales! I used to walk the alleys on my way to 1st grade just to look in the trash - and I still am a gleaner. That's where the real gratitude lists originate!

Olympia Cremina Boiler-Neck-Mounted Pressure Gauge Reducing Coupling

I like the complete package suggestion, since I live in a remote area and I am fairly clueless myself. None of my machines have a gauge; therefore, it would be a new learning experience I have often considered. so, count me in!

Olympia Cremina 2002 eBay find... what have I done

I am amazed at all the help and support here! I have an older cremina, and the gasket set; however, I am feeling much trepidation as to my mechanical abilities! I actually have an allen wrench hanging about the group head, trying to get up the nerve to tackle this project. Is there anybody out there...

Bregant grinder on eBay .. good deal for someone?

Treshell I got the grinder apart, and cleaned it. I found a great tool at Wal-Mart for $2.88! It's called an "Oil Filter Wrench Jaw Grip Style" and has serrated jaws and is fully adjustable to fit. It is like a huge adjustable faucet wrench, and it worked quite well! For the price, I would definitel...

Bregant grinder on eBay .. good deal for someone?

Thanks for the info! I am still trying to figure the machine out, but i love it! As far as the "noise" one review I found mentioned, this grinder is truly very quiet! I downloaded a manual for the Pavoni Zip on 1st Line's website; however, I cannot seem to get the ring that holds the burrs

Do you add sugar to espresso?

If I am desperate for a chocolate fix I'll even have some unsweetened baker's chocolate... Starry Totally amazing, and I thought I was the only person who would stoop to baker's chocolate! My Grandmama noticed her supply was dwindling, and when she figured out I was snitching her baker's chocolate, ...

Bregant grinder on eBay .. good deal for someone?

I found a link to the manual for the La Pavoni Zip, finally! Yea 1st-line! {link} I tried a couple cups of espresso from the grinder this morning, and they were superb. I agree with the consensus I have noticed here - the grinder can make the biggest difference in your results of all the equipment y...

AndyNZ - I have the Bregant unpacked now, and it needs cleaning,... since it did not come with instructions, perhaps you could give me a quick instruction, or direct me to a site that might contain a manual?. How do I get the burrs off to clean & inspect them? How do I adjust the grind? Do I just
