Here are three of Revels current blends. The only one that I have tried is Ethiospro. It was given a 94 rating by Coffee Review and I bought it several times. As you can see all of the Ethiopian beans are recognized as great sources for Ethiopian coffee. I liked it very much. Both of

I am sorry but I try to order only light roasted coffee. However I do suggest that you send a note to "Gary" the owner of Revel {link}) and ask him for his suggestion. He is quick to respond and always gives good suggestions. He usually sends samples of other coffees when he ships an order.

Long term grinder purchase
There has got to be a reason that a large run of Monolith grinders sell out in minutes after announced they are available. Some have to wait a long time to get one but it's worth it in my opinion. Could be that they are made in America. Could be that the burrs are also made in

Black and White Roasters
This was my experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile. It was definitely different. The cinnamon flavor was definitely up front. The body of the coffee is superb. I used it for several days and got tired of the cinnamon and blended it with Ethiopia Wuri to tone the cinnamon down...

Would you purchase La Marzocco GS3 MP today?
Please don't limit your shots to 25 seconds. There is a lot of magic in finer grinds, longer pre-infusion and longer than 25 second shots. The sweet spot for most of my shots with the GS3-MP is around 45 seconds

I gave up ordering from any sources west of the Mississippi. I am in North Carolina. I have had some horrendous experiences with roasters in the past 4 months. Dragonfly was the worst! Since Christmas I have been ordering from roasters within a couple hours drive and the service has been surprisingl...

Same coffee but much different result
QUOTE: "I contacted Tamas on a few occasions after receiving multiple bad bags. Responses took forever, I was given a very basic excuse that beans are organic and they age (most here know that) but were qualIty tested etc... no offer to replace a bad bag or even give me a discount if I ordered again...

Disappointed by Onyx Coffee Lab
I think Onyx is one of the top 5 roasters in the country. They do an excellent job selecting beans that they sell. Their roasting is consistently spot on. They respond quickly to online questions and their responses are always very professional. They seem to be able to ship their orders with fewer i...

Bad Experience with Klatch
I have experienced quite a few lengthy delivery times this year. An order from Dragonfly finally arrived after 10 days. I had reported regularly the delay to Dragonfly. They took no responsibility or cared about the delay. The coffee finally arrived and I immediately pulled a shot with it. It was an...
