Success. Replaced the o-ring in the valve and everything is ok. However I do have a leak just below the solenoid for hot water. Seems to be easy to fix (thighten), but it's near impossible to get to it without disassembling quite a bit. Is it possible to remove the solenoid on these? And to the mode...
