Mini scale for Cafelat Robot

My old $20 scale finally died after almost 2 years of daily soaking from the E61 pressure release water. I am amazed it lasted as long as it did. Couldn't find a new one so I ordered one of these

E61 shower screen replacement

I installed the IMS Screen last week. Now when I flush into my cup for warm up before grinding the water disperses evenly and half the water is outside the cup. Small 2 oz cup, before it was more of a cone and all the water went in the cup. Have not used the machine much this week

Bare minumum electric grinder for espresso

Sette 270. Rocky built like a tank and will last forever, great for pourover OK for espresso but lots of retention. Sette built like a toy and may not last long but nothing comes close to grind quality and design for the money

ECM Classika or Profitec Pro 300 espresso & milk

I love the Classica PID for straight Espresso. Mine is rock solid and trouble free, very robust. I only steam for the wife maybe 2-3 times a month. If I had to steam much I would go DB. Steam quality and volume is excellent but it is a pain to do and takes about 1 minute to heat up.I

Baratza Sette 270 Grinding at 15C for Espresso?

My 270 had 1 shim, had to add the other shim to get fine enough. After 5-6 months I ran out of adjustment. No spray when grinding with 2. They sent me 2 more so I installed both shims 16-17. I noticed that I was getting a lot of spray on the counter so I went to 3 shims

Eureka Atom vs Baratza Sette 270

{image} Nothing comes close to the 270 for the price, it really is a game changer. Nothing can match the 270 for design and ease of workflow. The Sette is fast and loud, the Rocky is slow and loud. I was already using these with the Rocky. They should include these with every Sette. If it lasts
