How many espressos do you prepare each day?
3-6 every morning at least, for me, mum and dad, sometimes one or all of us will have seconds. During the day we may have guests, more during weekends. If the coffee I roast is REALLY good, I will have 3 or 4 a day. if the batch is particularly bad or stale, and i cant be bothered

This mornings coffee: yesterdays roast, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, perhaps roasted a TEENY bit dark, only slightly shiny surface. Why am I getting NO crema?
A lot of smaller home machines have crema enhancers, look on the bottom of your basket. if it has one hole as opposed to many, it is pressurized, and has a crema enhancer. Has anyone made a hand grinder with professional machine burrs?

Can anyone venture a guess of what this is?
It could be a sort of portafilter, clomped onto the basket, and the to the group screen.....?
