Mods for Fellow Ode to grind finer?
I've heard one story of sanding down the outer locking burr a bit to allow a finer grind. The person said it did really well. You'll probably need access to a very level belt sander

Fellow Ode brew grinder review
I saw a few pages back talk about the Brew Pro. I'll just say this. I prefer the Ode with SSP brew burrs to the Mignon Brew Pro. I've used both a lot, and not by any scientific means just prefer the Ode more. There's a million variables and time I don't have, so take this at face value. Both

Wug2-DAI / Wug2-FAI
First batch limited to 15 each I think. I went for one. I'll have to give my report! Went for the Dai version with TiCN burrs. I like that they will test alignment on each grinder within a set limit

Coarser grind for French press with Eureka Brew Pro?
The adjustment dial has a screw that limits the rotation travel. Basically it can only go from 0-10. The burrs are very similar to the specialita but it looks like the first stage has longer cutting teeth. So, if you want to hack it, pop/pry/break off the cap of the adjustment knob (it's glued on so...

I like that! The lower sloped sides seem to be the trick. Thanks for the pic

HG-1 Dosing Options
I just got a new HG-1. I love it and after a few hours aligning it, I'm really loving the shots I'm pulling. The only issue is dosing out my coffee. I currently use the Acaia regular dosing cup, but it doesn't tilt enough to dump the beans in. I'm not really wanting to add a funnel mod. I also

Eureka Atom Specialty 75 - an opinion
I don't remember where, but I heard that the red speed coated Atom 75 burrs were the same geometry, but different coating. I opted for Mythos burrs directly from SSP which has a completely different geometry, including differences between top and bottom burrs

Eureka Atom Specialty 75 - an opinion
The red speed coated burrs from Eureka aren't the same as SSP Mythos burrs. I upgraded my Atom 75 to SSP red speed Mythos burrs, and I have to say it's a worthwhile upgrade. Light roast coffees pull really well and have some forgiveness. I do notice about 3-4g of dynamic retention. So, when single-d...

[SOLD] Eureka/Mythos burrs
Selling a set of lightly used Eureka / Mythos TiN burrs 74mm. They were purchased with my Specialty 75. I've put about 7kg through, so they're just broken in! Upgraded to SSP burrs. Asking $80 total shipped. I also have the plain steel version for $25. {image} {image} {image} {image}

Gicleur - 0.6 mm La Marzocco Linea Mini
The Espresso Parts one you linked to is the one I've used and it works well. As long as your water is good, you shouldn't have trouble
