Breville BES920XL - first shot perfect then it goes downhill
No I'm not, I'm guessing 16-20g by eye, and I weight out 36g. Good taste, good pressure, good enough for me But for that perfect shot my way is no go

How to steam for less foam ?
I think I'm not a fan of foamy milk in my lattes, most of the time when I froth I get about 1/4 cup of foam on top. Using Breville Dual Boiler, with their standard pitcher, and I also bought Espro Toroid pitcher, but this one gives me even more foam. Should I keep the wand more submerged ?

Breville BES920XL - first shot perfect then it goes downhill
I find it very consistent, honestly I don't even weight it anymore. I get my beans from same place, and I just grind by eye how much it fills cup, and usually it end up being perfect

Small pitchers needed (US/Canada)
Tried making flat white today, or my attempt of it, double shot + 5oz milk and it was delicious I have original pitcher that came with my Breville dual boiler, but I find it really big at 16oz, had to fill it almost halfway, and had lots of milk wasted. Tried to find smaller pitchers here in Canada

Superautomatic around $2k ?
Will look into Nespresso, they used to be in Costco roadshow not too long ago, but lineups were always annoying for a try, so I always skipped them. Does it do Latte or Cappuccino, is coffee/milk hot ? I hate when my coffee is luke warm

Superautomatic around $2k ?
Thanks all, I actually live 5min from Idrinkcoffee, so maybe I'll visit them, take a look at what they have. Another popular retailer is about 30min from me, which is EspressoPlanet. Yeah, I need something simpler, my wife will never learn how to operate Breville, it looks too complicated for her, s...

Superautomatic around $2k ?
So I think we want to move to superautomatic from our current Breville Dual Boiler. We've had it for 6 months and I think we're too lazy/busy and our palate is not so sophisticated to own a manual machine. We're not into espresso, only milk based drinks, and I think we will be better served by super...

Double walled glass cups latte/cappuccino ?
Any recommendation as far as double walled cups for lattes and cappuccino ? I know Bodum makes some but thought who else makes those in decent quality. Already read about handling them carefully, but we just need 2 cups for me and my wife and maybe few more when guests stop over

Canadian Roasters: Canucks...What are you drinking?
Recently I ordered Barzula from their website, someone recommended it on the forum in some post I read. Couldn't dial it in at all, water was just flashing through it at a fast pace, I was getting 18g>45g in around 18sec with 10sec pre infusion I dumped it to my father who drink drip coffee, and wen...
