Which Company Should I Choose?

I've only bought one new machine, and it was from Chris Coffee. Great support after sale so far with the few minor issues I've had

[SOLD] Ode SSP MP burrs

Selling my SSP MP burrs that have been installed in my Fellow Ode for about a year. By my eye, they're in great condition. I use my Ode for mainly aeropress and an occasional v60, mostly medium roast beans, and I can't discern an in-the-cup difference between the SSP and Ode Gen2 burrs with my typic...

I don't really wa...

Popular Knock Box?

I've had three knock boxes, I think all were pretty good. A small, square, plastic Cafelat box. My only complaint was that because it was so compact, sometimes not all the grounds made it into the box, and it needed to be frequently emptied and cleaned. The Decent knockbox, which was great for catch...

How about a Like button with emoji choices?

Excellent idea IMO. On another well run forum I frequent, posts have a "like" button (it is excluded from some certain areas of the forum though). There are options for various reactions (like, funny, confused, dislike, educational, etc.). I think that forum is much better off with the reaction butt...

Fellow customer service

I've always received good customer support from Fellow. No issues with my Ode, but I've needed support for a couple different issues with various Carter travel mugs and my Stagg kettle
