Discoloring cone...
Hi All! Got a new Kalita one cup copper/stainless cone and there is a dull grey discoloration on the stainless liner. Heavy scrubbing only removes some of it, looks benign but what could it be? Reaction of copper and stainless and coffee? Using Kalita 155 filters and have very good water here. Thank...

Replacement for Everpure ESO 7
Hello All: I've been using a pair Everpure ESO-7 cartridges in my home setup replacing them once a year. They have gone from $85 to $145 each. They do a good job as far as I know but maybe some other less expensive one would do well. What cartridges do you all use? Have pretty good water to start with

Grindz out the bottom of Eureka Atom

Next day pull it apart looked harder, had my Fluke 77 ready to ring out what I could. Machine on it's back plugged it in again just for the ...

Eureka Atom dead
Gave the wiring a once over will go back in and get a closer look, maybe pull the lower board to see the underside. Once in awhile something will be visible and fixable. Made a drip cup yesterday from my espresso grinder and my normal espresso beans (use hopper so no single dose possible) pretty awful

Eureka Atom dead
Hi All: My 4 year old (home use) Eureka Atom is dead after a cleaning. No other noises or smoke or anything, ran the Grindz through it, vacuumed it out, wash and dry the hopper, won't run. Display dark. Pulled the bottom and the display off, nothing looks burnt or out of place There were a lot of gr...

Pressure Switch Lifespan?
Yes, steam boiler in my Linea. Supply water great and filtered before it gets to machine. All the switch sees is steam. It's the mechanical part hanging up causing over pressure, I think, will take a look at the contacts when I swap out the bad one

Pressure Switch Lifespan?
Hi All; What kind of lifespan do you get on those little pressure switches? {image} I've had to replace them at about 3 years, not awful but seems like a short life
