Barefoot Espresso Bigfoot
I got a bag of their Sweetness and a bag of the Bigfoot. I'm mostly through the Sweetness (which i was impressed with) and have yet to try the Bigfoot. Unfortunately I left town and so the beans have aged more than I wanted them to, but I'll still try them out. I will most likely order

New Super Jolly with odd popping noise
About the worst failure of a relay I've seen is arcing of the contacts inside cause them to basically weld themselves together resulting in the relay ending up stuck in the "on" position. I imagine there could be worse results, but I haven't seen them

Can hot portafilter burn the coffee even before brewing?
Since my Expobar runs quite hot, one of the things I've been playing with is; after flushing and removing the portafilter, dipping it (the PF) in a container of warm water for just a second to cool it slightly. Then drying and filling. I've had some good results

La Pavoni espresso looks too watery
OK - I'll bite It could be a combination of a number of things, but first guess is the grind is too coarse. Another factor could be the age of the beans (from time of roast, not from opening a new bag). And, if you're using pre-ground coffee and not grinding it just before using it
