That looks pretty dang good Angelo. How tight are your screws? Might that be from Taco Burrs?

Is the lower burr carrier for the Forte different from the Vario? I swapped the parts out but am having trouble getting the lower burr all the way down and flush with the grind chamber. EDIT: Got it figured out. Was worried for a good minute haha

Hey there! I'm about to purchase those parts from Baratza too. Did you find any good resources on installing them or have any good tips? They keep warning me about how much "mechanical prowess" it'll take to do myself haha

How would you do that? A lot of hand grinders aren't stabilized during grinding. Maybe the HG-1, but other ones like the Lidos, Kinus, or Knock grinders don't make sense

Baratza wasn't selling those parts until they released an install guide, but that wasn't ready yet when I checked in the other week. They offered to have me send it in, but I might bug them tomorrow to see if they can just send me the parts

Bummer. They told me to check back in mid-May last month

I haven't researched it much, but I think they don't come in bar top sizes. Not sure what limitations there are to scaling them down

What's your budget? Are you using the pressurized or normal bakers baskets? On a budget, a manual grinder like the Lido E would work. Electric, if you're constantly switching between espresso and V60, then it's really only the Niche Zero
