What do you clean the polished steel panels of your espresso machine with?

As mentioned previously, micro fiber cloth. I use vinegar and water (1:1 ratio) in a spray bottle, as needed, To remove fingerprints and smudges. I would recommend investing in a quality cloth, like those used for waxing cars. They can be found at most auto parts stores
