[SOLD] Mazzer Super Jolly E with SSP Redspeed burrs
I have up for sale a super jolly e with SSP redspeed burrs. This grinder is in great shape and I would imagine I have, maybe, 25#s on the SSP burrs. I absolutely love this grinder, when I put in the SSP burrs the shots were on par with my k30. Times are tough though, so I need to sale

[SOLD] Orphan Espresso Pharos #00376

How to Take Out Portafilter Gasket?
If you have the piston removed why not push down from above on the screen?? That will push the screen down and the gasket along with it

Best value for money prosumer lever espresso machine
You can set up any commercial lever machine to run manual fill if you really wanted too. That's what I did for my 2 group Astoria, it's set up in my kitchen to run off a flojet and a manual fill valve

Low Retention Grinder Recommendation - Budget $1,000
Not at all!!! These grinds do not affect shots in any way. You need them there, without them you would actually have more retention. I realize this doesn't make sense, but it will once you have a grinder..... these "stale" grinds keep the actual grinds from your single dose from filling up these spa...

That's the case with all flat burr grinders, even the monoliths! Coffee fills these spaces and "cakes up" to form a solid grind path. These grinds will always be there until you take your grinder apart and clean it; which you should do often anyway
