"Mini Veigal" restoration. What's the name behind it?

I don't know the exact dimensions of your group seal, but if you can post O.D and I.D , someone may know of something else will fit. For example, the Faema family uses a 6mm groupseal ; {link}

La Pavoni Pub1 high pressure

It's rare for a machine to be putting out 'too much pressure', and your brew pressure gauge is reading 9 bar, so that should be ok. Too fast shots is usually more related to coffee freshness and grinder setting. What grinder and beans are you using so we can rule out that possibility?

Profitec Pro 600 - Scratches and water residue

Without photos, this really feels like a discussion you should be having with your vendor. Yes, the machine would be tested not only by manufacturer, but also seller, especially if installing a flow reg to ensure it works and no leaks . It's very hard to get rid of absolutely all residual water and ...

Well , it all depends how involved you want to get fixing it, or get it done professionally?. Please do not attempt repairs if you are not comfortable working on a machine . The below thread might help if the model is the same as yours; "Elektra T1 - #771 built in 2000 is now mine"

Mostly people relocated them to be further away from the heat . Here in Au we haven't seen many failures at all across

Difficulty adjusting brew boiler pressure ECM Synchronika

Probably just a sticking bypass (the valve you are adjusting). It has an o'ring in there, dismantle and lube. Sometimes they free up by themselves if you adjust a few times, but if not, dismantle

Rocket Appartamento - Leaking at Pressure Regulator

It depends , there should be an o'ring further in to stop it leaking, have you checked it's condition? If you screw it in , does the leak stop? I have had one of these with a hairline crack in the brass body, so that is another possibility

Should I do a descale?

I wouldn't bother, the brew boiler will refresh itself, for the steam boiler, i'd just drain as much as possible from the hot water tap a few times and steam boiler will be refreshed with your good water
