Well I just got my brand new machine yesterday and it's doing the exact same thing as yours this morning...i'm gutted!

I think it's the original. Well the screw head is stripped and even when I'm able to screw it in, it still seems to move when grinding. It's too bad because the grinder is so good, but the adjustment ring is crap

Hi guys, I have a Pharos (purchased in November 2014) and the collar system on it seems to be stripped. Any idea on how to fix it? Thanks!

Only coffee. I understand that coffee equipment would be different (I actually had my Pharos grinder shipped to the border to save on shipping and time and paid taxes on the purchased value. )

I just got it last night so I haven't had a chance to play with it too much. I've been considering getting a 20 oz espro toroid pitcher or a 16 oz motta pitcher. I think i'm going to play more with the ones I currently have before I decide if it's worht upgrading

Okay cool! I don't have the skills or friends with skills to do that. I guess I'll just have to learn to use the stock one. My main problem is that it creates too much foam. It stretches the milk very quickly so I have to get used to that. I'm having more luck with the bigger 20 oz
