Slayer Single Group Maintenance

I know someone locally that had a Speedster with quite a few issues that required some pricey repairs, but maybe his was a rare issue. I still stand behind my point that all these high end machines are all going to require expensive repairs from time to time

Slayer Single Group Maintenance

Hi Raptor, I am a fellow E61 to Slayer convert, so hopefully I can help you out. I had some initial trouble dialing in shots at first. I found that the Slayer is VERY unforgiving regarding dose and distribution. I would first suggest that you try a slightly smaller dose. Try

Hi Jetana, I have now been pulling shots for about 10 days with the VST, and yes I am confident that my shots are consistently better. Other than adjusting my grinder setting by a very slight amount, I have not changed any other parameters. One thing I recall back when I was running my

Monolith MC3 owners impressions?

I just received my MC-3 after running the previous vertical Monolith model for just over a year. The difference in the cup is not noticeable in my opinion. [SOLD] Kafatek Monolith Conical

Interesting about the firmware upgrade. What is the most recent version? Are there any benefits to upgrading?

Ideal headroom in La Marzocco Linea Mini with stock 17g basket

I also have a Kafatek Conical, and I was having spritzing issues every so often. I never had these issues with my previous grinder (Ceado E73S). I played around with dosing and the issue would still occur probably one shot out of every ten. I was going through some espresso stuff in my drawer, and
