Cimbali Junior vs. Mazzer Mini

Perfect Espresso Shot Timer
I'd like to see a 3 or 5 second (or user programmable) countdown before the timer starts, so one can press the iPhone, put it down, then 3-2-1 and flip the brew switch. Even better, for those of us with loud vibratory machines, use the iPhone's microphone to start the timer when it hears the pump! (...

Are you sure about that (did you ask the barista), or are you assuming because of the dates of the bagged coffee? I'd be surprised if they're not resting their own beans more!
