Rebuilding the 4th Olympia Cremina Ever Made! [FINISHED!!]

Well you do have a great unit. I have an original year Cremina serial#6710032... So it isn't far behind yours. But the insulation on the boiler was in much better condition. I never bothered removing it because the casting around it was still intact

Power up the lever of Olympia Cremina

I know that some time ago Olympia put out some videos of the Cremina producing shots. With the grind and dose that they were using it was a three finger on the lever press for espresso. With this setup you could use a 3 finger press and whether you meant to or not, may be overstressing the pivot point

The Cimbali Junior that I have is the grinder. Don't know why they would make a grinder and a espresso machine with the same name... Other than the DT who would know... But I love my Creminas
