LUCCA M58 by Quick Mill, reviews and owners thread
Well that's the prob. Clive is suggesting that it's an involved process. I'd rather do it myself but removing the boiler? I dunno. I'd hate to make a mess and then have to ship it back anyway. Maybe I'll ask them to send gauge, I'll dissemble and make a call at that time

LUCCA M58 by Quick Mill, reviews and owners thread
My Lucca steam gauge gas developed condensation. Clive advises returning the unit for warranty repair. Can anyone comment on the feasibility of DIY gauge replacement on this unit? I'm no surgeon but I can tinker a bit. Shipping this beast and having it out of commish is a drag

Newbie Plan of Attack (with questions)
The challenge to me is making it consistently palatable. I hope the data points just get me ballparked sooner. They are in and of themselves no guarantee of maximum "good" flavor. It's kind of fun to track the variables in a geeky way

Newbie Plan of Attack (with questions)
Totally concur! While my initial approach sounds very left brain, the object is to consistently make good stuff ASAP and enjoy that Savory Beverage Experience. I will stop crunching numbers as soon as possible. My wife, being an engineer, will prob dig the spreadsheet, though. I appreciate your voic...

Newbie Plan of Attack (with questions)
I dove into the hobby a couple weeks ago when the Quickmill Lucca M58 arrived. Currently grinding with a freshly-burred Rocky; K30 Vario on the way. There's been some thrash during the first couple weeks with three diff kinds of coffee. Some decent shots and plenty of sink shots. I know much better ...

Clive Coffee, TESTED new Quick Mill Lucca M58 (vs Profitec 700 Pro!)
I'd like to see the Lucca M58 and the Profitec toe to toe. Profitec seems great on paper but numerous posts refer to DOA units. Wonder if a cause was eliminated? Some Lucca reviews may be helpful
