Blue Bottle Perfectly Ground?

Has anyone tried this? If any other company released this, I probably would have shrugged it off. Since Blue Bottle is such a pioneer and reputable company in the specialty coffee industry, I am really curious. What are your guys thoughts?

Choosing a lever machine

While spring levers are more manual than a pump machine, it still does not match a pure lever machine. You can control pressure and timing of all segments of the shot, and most importantly get feedback or resistance, so on top of timing and output you get more sensory data on extraction. Feasibility of a living and operating out of a coffee cart?

This is definitely on the table. Born and raised in the States, I am actually Greek and have some family in the country still. Do you have any idea what the regulations in Greece would be like? Sounds like they are very strict in the states making it not feasible

Feasibility of a living and operating out of a coffee cart?

This has always been a fantasy of mine, and today AM classes were cancelled, so I am sitting here, drinking coffee, reading and daydreaming the future of my coffee operations. Logistically, how feasible would it be to run a coffee business out of a medium sized vehicle, such as an Airstream or VW va...

What to look for in a stove for Huky/Kaldi Fortis 600g

As Johnny stated Mr. Li's IR burner is powerful enough and beyond, but I have something to add as well. It is shockingly fuel efficient; I hooked it up to a standard size propane tank (50 gal. maybe?) and it would go thru hundreds of pounds worth of roasting. Truly blew my mind away
