Izzo Alex Duetto Steam Boiler Not Heating

I woke up this morning to a no-pressure steam boiler. I removed the top and checked the relay- The control voltage is calling for the relay to close, but there is no voltage on either terminal of the output side of the relay. This tells me there is no voltage going to the line side of the relay

For the (hopefully) small crowd who uses Mazzer Robur at home and has removed the hopper.

I use a Robur-E at the house and removed the hopper for daily personal use. When removing the hopper, I broke the tabs holding it in place as it seemed there was no removing it without breaking them. I tried for hours, but gave up. The tabs breaking was not that big a of a deal, but it

Izzo Alex Duetto pump issues?

For what it is worth.. There is a small brass check valve on the discharge line after the pump discharge and between the boilers. There is a tiny O-ring on the plunger of it that gets worn out if you take this check valve apart. A new check valve is 20 something bucks from Chris Coffee, however a

Izzo Alex Duetto pump issues?

Thanks for the reposnes. Ive taken the parts off of it and looked for leaks as it is running, at full temp, etc. Ive bypassed the boiler switch, separated the tubes and placed the suction in a separate reservoir than the OPV return tube. There doesnt seem to be any leaks, the suction tube stays full...
