I woke up this morning to a no-pressure steam boiler. I removed the top and checked the relay- The control voltage is calling for the relay to close, but there is no voltage on either terminal of the output side of the relay. This tells me there is no voltage going to the line side of the relay

Im curious to know how it would ruin a screen. I work in industrial applications and use SS in high temps much hotter than this at intervals much, much longer than this at frequencies much higher. Are these assumptions or experience? just curious

Ive taken the parts off of it and looked for leaks as it is running, at full temp, etc. Ive bypassed the boiler switch, separated the tubes and placed the suction in a separate reservoir than the OPV return tube. There doesnt seem to be any leaks, the suction tube stays full...
