Hey, Not as crazy as it sounds. I probably have the same collection of cans in a tote downstairs. For tube bending of any larger size, sometimes that is all it takes, and you can get world class bends from a soup can! I like the cans that have the circumferential ridges, they keep the tube

Joe, You will probably be fine with that, I would use a lubricant like paraffin on the shoe of the bender to reduce the friction on the tube and subsequent flattening that it can cause. do a number of test bends and watch out for distortion in the bend cheers, sean

Hi Guys, a 1/4 radius? or a bender for 1/4 tube? as Eris said 1/4" radius is out but a 1bender with a 1/4" saddle MIGHT work but flattening the tube a bit is a possibility. Lots of variables; wall thickness, hardness, bend radius... Had to work today but I did get to mount the

It is getting rings alright, the cam ring isn't finished yet and my wife caught me eyeing up her chainring on her roadbike the other day...honey dearest? More like Honey Badger! I do have rings but they are all black cross ring sets that don't fit We'll get there

OK getting the steam lever and wand finished up {image} the steam valve will be actuated by a ramp/ring that will mount to the crank arms. it will be on the inside behind a regular chainring on the outside. I hot glued it to the machine to show woh it will mount and about where it will mount
