Just ordered a TJ-067...

as a recent new owner I strongly suggest getting the 15 lb of seasoning greens or more actually. I also will caution you on blindly following any advice you receive here or with the machine. The reason I suggest larger quantities of greens is for you to feel comfortable trying different batch sizes ...

Start a new small roaster business

Not a pro roaster, and only a halfway home roaster, but do have 30 years of experience in manufacturing. In my opinion you cannot devote the time required to the rest of the business if you are roasting on a 500g or even a 1k. If I were going to have a plan to roast

New TJ-067

Was hoping to ask a few questions of anyone who has a recent generation of this roaster. This roaster came with 3 tc, one just below the bean dump which I assume has to be et, or met heck I don't know. The other one is bt and that's easy to see in the dump door.

Just curious if anyone else has an order in and is expecting delivery very soon. I know he got a shipment in recently and wanted to see how delivery was going for anyone else in this group
