How to Split a Daterra Masterpiece

Roaster is still offline, sadly. I'm trying to track down a problem in the ignition system-I might need to replace the ignition controller. So I still haven't gotten to try this one (nor the Ecuador one you mentioned)!

Group temperature is what matters in terms of making repeatable shots, so it's good to get a sense of how boiler temps, flushes, and other stuff contributes to that. Brew grinder for home - upgrade from Baratza Forte BG?!

EG-1 would fit, and has high uniformity brew burrs available as an option. Monolith Flat or Max are also an option although you have to be fast to grab one when they become available
